Healthy Fudgesicles Recipe

List of Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/16 tsp kosher salt

1 Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy, Taste mixture and adjust sweetness if needed.

2 Pour mix into the popsicle molds, cover, and insert the popsicle sticks. Freeze for at least 8 hours (preferably overnight). To serve, run the popsicle mold under warm water for 5-10 seconds to easily remove the popsicles
