Healthy Egg Salad with Fresh Herbs
This Healthier Egg Salad made with creamy Greek yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, and fresh herbs is the perfect lunch or picnic dish. Filling, packed with protein, and full of flavor!
What you need:
- 8 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 2 green onion
- 2 tbsp dill, chopped
- 1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper
Chop the boiled eggs into bite sized pieces.
Mix together the yogurt, mayo, and mustard.
Gently fold in the eggs, celery, green onion, and dill. Season with salt and pepper.
