Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Add the ground turkey meat and taco seasoning. Cook for 6-8 minutes until browned and cooked through. Add the salsa and stir to combine. Let simmer for about 5 minutes until thickens. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Warm the corn tortillas in the microwave for about 20-30 seconds to soften, Spray the tortillas with cooking spray. Drape the tortillas over two bars of the oven rack, hanging downwards. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
