Grilled Fish Tacos

What you need:

  • 1 lb cod (halibut, tilapia, snapper, mahi mahi, etc)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning (fish taco seasoning or regular)
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage (red or green)
  • 1 cup pico de gallo
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime (wedges for serving)

Step 1 Whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, and taco seasoning. Coat the fish with this mixture and let marinate for 15-30 minutes.

Step 2 While the fish marinates, prep the fish taco sauce (if using) and the other toppings.

Step 3 Preheat the girl to medium high heat. Make sure the grill grates are clean and lightly oiled. If your grill tends to stick, add a piece of foil. Grill the fish for 3-5 minutes per side (depending on thickness) until opaque and flaky.
