What you need:
4 cups cauliflower florets
1.5 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp kosher salt
1/2 tbsp black pepper
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes (optional)

Toss together the cauliflower, oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Make sure the cauliflower is well coated.
