What you need:

  • 2 avocados, cut in half with pits removed
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Step 1 Brush the avocado halves with oil and season with salt and pepper.

Step 2 Place on the grill, making sure to place the flesh side down. Grill for 4-6 minutes until brown grill marks form. If desired, slightly turn the avocado after 3 minutes to form ”X” style grill marks.
