3/4 cup frozen mango
3/4 cup frozen pineapple
1 banana, sliced (frozen is best)
1 cup fresh baby spinach
3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (more if needed)
1/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
2 tbsp vanilla protein powder (optional, or other flavor)
