  • 3/4 cup frozen mango
  • 3/4 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 banana, sliced (frozen is best)
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (more if needed)
  • 1/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder (optional, or other flavor)

1 Add the mango, pineapple, and bananas to a high powered blender. Blend until they break down into smaller pieces.
