Garlic Parmesan Zucchini Noodles with Sausage

What you need:

  • 4 zucchini, made into noodles (using a spiralizer, mandonline, or knife)
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1 lb. lean ground turkey sausage
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper

Step 1 Heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add the red pepper flakes and cook 30 seconds.

Step 2 Add the sausage, breaking it up as it cooks. Cook 6-8 minutes until completely cooked through.
