- 1 cup non fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp melted butter (or olive oil)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced (about 1 tablespoon)
- 1 tsp fresh basil, minced (or dried)
See Recipe now Step 1Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and yogurt, stirring until they are well combined, using a fork, if necessary. If the mixture is too sticky, add a Tablespoon of additional flour and continue to mix. Repeat as necessary until the mixture becomes a workable ball of dough. Remove the dough from the bowl and knead on a lightly floured surface, until the dough is smooth.
