Garlic Grilled Broccolini Recipe
Learn how to make the most delicious, slightly charred garlic broccolini on the grill in less than 10 minutes! This will be your new favorite summer side dish.
List of Ingredients:
- 1 lb broccolini (2 bunches)
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and black pepper (kosher or sea salt is best)
- 1 lemon (for serving)
Prepare the broccolini by cutting off the ends of the stem, about 1/2 inch from the bottom. Remove any leaves. Cut larger stalks in half lengthwise.
Toss the broccolini with olive oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the broccolini directly on the grill. Cook for 7-9 minutes, flipping as it chars. Serve with fresh lemon juice
