  • 1 lime (juice and zest)
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 3 cups green cabbage
  • 3 cups purple cabbage
  • 1/3 cup cilantro
  • 2 green onions, chopped
