Easy Ground Chicken Burgers Recipe
These 5 Ingredient Chicken Burgers are bursting with flavor and ready in less than 15 minutes! Kids and adults love these delicious, light burgers.
List of Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/3 cup Panko breadcrumbs (or gluten-free)
- 2 tbsp nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp ranch seasoning (store bought or homemade)
- 1/2 lemon (juice and zest)
- Salt and pepper
In a large bowl, use your hands to mix together with the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Greek yogurt, ranch seasoning, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Make sure not to overmix. If the mixture is too wet, add more breadcrumbs.
Divide the mixture into four hamburger patties. Make a small depression with your thumb in the center of the burger to help the cook evenly.
Cook the chicken burgers on the grill or in a pan, about 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through. Brush the burgers with olive oil before cooking on the grill so they don’t stick. If cooking in a pan, add some olive oil or cooking spray to prevent sticking.
Serve on hamburger buns or lettuce wraps with all your favorite toppings.
