Easy Grilled Asparagus

What you need:

  • 1 lb asparagus
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Step 1 Trim the asparagus, removing the woody ends. Toss the asparagus with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Step 2 Decide how you would like to grill it - directly on the grill, on skewers, or in a grill basket. Grill the asparagus for 3-4 minutes until it is just charred. Flip the asparagus (or shake the grill basket) and cook for 2-3 minutes more. For extra flavor, grill some lemons to squeeze over the asparagus when it comes off the grill.
