Dijon Baked Salmon
This Dijon Baked Salmon tastes like a restaurant dish but is made with just a few simple ingredients most people have on hand. Simple, healthy, and packed with flavor.
What you need:
- 1.5 lbs salmon
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Place the salmon on a lined baking sheet, with the skin side down. Spread the lemon juice and Dijon mixture over the salmon,
Bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through and flaky.
