What you need:

  • 3/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese (more to taste)
  • 1/4 cup low fat buttermilk (more for a thinner dressing)
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 2 tbsp chives, minced (or green onions)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder(more to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Step 1 Add half the gorgonzola to a bowl along with the yogurt. Mash the gorgonzola into the yogurt.

Step 2 Add the buttermilk, white vinegar, chives, garlic powder, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper. Stir well.

Step 3 Add remaining gorgonzola cheese and stir well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or more before serving.
