What you need:
- 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup low fat mayonnaise
- 1 canned chipotle pepper in adobo (double for spicy)
- 1 garlic clove (or 1/2 tsp garlic powder)
- 1/2 lime, juice
- Salt and pepper
