This healthy Avocado Dressing made with fresh avocado, Greek yogurt, cilantro, and lime juice is the perfect healthy salad dressing and dip. Easy to make and packed with good for you ingredients.

What you need:
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1/4 cup water (more of needed)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 lime, juice and zest
- Salt and pepper

Add everything to a food processor or blender.

Puree until smooth, adding water as needed to reach desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
