What you need:
3 slices center cut bacon, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup red onion, chopped finely
1 ear corn, cut off the cob
1 jalapeno, minced (or more)
8 eggs
1/4 cup skim milk
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Cook the bacon in an oven-safe skillet until it is crispy.
