This hearty chickpea salad takes all the flavors of a traditional Greek salad and adds chickpeas! Crunchy chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, and bell peppers tossed with feta, olives, and a delicious homemade oregano vinaigrette.

Whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, and oregano. Toss together all the ingredients and dressing. Season with lots of black pepper and salt as needed.
