  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp maple syrup (or honey or dates, adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup ice
