Step 1Add the tomatoes with juices, chipotle peppers and adobo sauce, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper to a blender. Taste and adjust the spice level if needed.
Step 3Heat the olive oil over medium high heat in a large cast iron skillet. Add the meatballs in a single layer and cook until browned, about 1-2 minutes. Flip and brown on other side.
