What you need:

  • 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 2 limes (juice and zest, about 1/3 cup)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Salt and pepper

Step 1 Stir together the lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, chili powder, cumin, honey, salt, and pepper to make the chili lime marinade.
