What you need:

  • 14 oz. canned chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 oz. packet dry ranch seasoning mix
  • 3 green onions, diced

Step 1 Mash the chickpeas using the back of a fork. The mixture should still have some texture but should stick together.

Step 2 Stir in the egg, breadcrumbs, ranch seasoning, and green onions. Mix together. Divide into patties. If they aren't staying together well, freeze for 10-15 minutes before cooking.
