Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs (or breast)
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp orange juice (or more lime juice)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning (or homemade option below)
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 2 tbsp onions, diced
  • 1/2 cup salsa

Step 1 Add the chicken to a non-reactive bowl or container with lime juice, orange juice, honey, olive oil, and taco seasoning. Let marinate for 30-60 minutes. Do not marinate longer or the chicken will break down in the lime juice.
