Two-Ingredient Dough Cheddar Biscuits are cheesy low-carb biscuits that are free of yeast and eggs. Made from a simple base of Greek yogurt and self-rising flour, these flavorful biscuits come together in just 30 minutes. Totally hassle-free!

What you need:

  • 1 1/4 cup self rising flour
  • 1 cup non fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning

Step 1 Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour, yogurt, and then add in the shredded cheese and seasoning. Use a fork to combine the ingredients, mixing until the dough can be formed into a ball.

Step 2 Cut the dough into 8 equal portions and slightly shape into a ball. It’s ok if they aren’t perfectly formed. Lightly brush the tops with melted butter or an egg wash for a more golden biscuit.

Step 3 Place each piece of dough onto a baking sheet, lined with parchment paper. (If you want perfectly shaped biscuits, you can roll out the dough and use a round dough or cookie cutter to cut the dough into shape.)

Step 4 Bake for about 15-18 minutes until the bread is golden brown on top. Top with parsley flakes if desired.
