These easy Cheddar Biscuits are made with two-ingredient Greek yogurt dough! No waiting for the dough to rise, no kneading, ready in less than 30 minutes!
1
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour, yogurt, and then add in the shredded cheese and seasoning. Use a fork to combine the ingredients, mixing until the dough can be formed into a ball.
2
Cut the dough into 8 equal portions and slightly shape into a ball. It’s ok if they aren’t perfectly formed. Lightly brush the tops with melted butter or an egg wash for a more golden biscuit.
3
Place each piece of dough onto a baking sheet, lined with parchment paper. (If you want perfectly shaped biscuits, you can roll out the dough and use a round dough or cookie cutter to cut the dough into shape.)
