These deliciously crispy butternut squash fries are a great alternative to traditional french fries with fewer calories, carbs, and sugar! Kids and adults love them.

List of Ingredients:

  • 1 butternut squash, peeled and cut into thin fries
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (or arrowroot powder)
  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper

1 Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Toss the butternut squash fries with the cornstarch to coat well.

2 Add the olive oil, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.

3 Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray. Lay the fries out in a single layer on the baking sheet, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.

4 Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping after 20 minutes, until lightly browned and crispy on the outside.
