  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper (kosher)

Step 1 Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Stir together the brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and ginger. Taste and adjust the ratio of brown sugar and mustard until you like the taste.
