- 1.25 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 tbsp chia seeds

Add everything to the blender. For lower powered blenders, start with the almond milk, chia seeds, and spinach so that those ingredients fully blend.
