  • 1.25 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

1 Add everything to the blender. For lower powered blenders, start with the almond milk, chia seeds, and spinach so that those ingredients fully blend.
