  • 1.25 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger (optional)

Step 1Add everything to the blender. For lower powered blenders, start with the almond milk, chia seeds, and spinach so that those ingredients fully blend.
