Black Bean Hummus

What you need:

  • 1.5 cups. canned black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp water (ice cold, more if needed)
  • 2 tbsp cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Step 1 Add everything to a food processor and blend until smooth. For extra fluffy hummus, add an ice cube to the food processor. Process for 4-5 minutes for the best results.

Step 2 If it is too thick, you can add more water or olive oil. If needed, add additional salt, pepper, or spices.
