What you need:
- 1.5 cups. canned black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp water (ice cold, more if needed)
- 2 tbsp cilantro
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
Add everything to a food processor and blend until smooth. For extra fluffy hummus, add an ice cube to the food processor. Process for 4-5 minutes for the best results.
If it is too thick, you can add more water or olive oil. If needed, add additional salt, pepper, or spices.
