Mix together the yogurt, mayonnaise, Thai sweet chile sauce, and Sriracha to make the bang bang sauce. Taste and adjust flavor as needed. If you like more sweetness, drizzle in some honey.

Tp pan-fry: Heat the oil over medium-high heat and add the shrimp to one layer. Cook for 1-3 minutes until browned and slightly crispy. Flip and cook on the other side until cooked through, about 1-2 minutes. Grill: Heat the grill over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp to a grill basket, thread it onto skewers, or place it on a piece of foil so it doesn’t fall through the grill grates. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side until cooked through. Air Fryer: place the shrimp in the basket of an air fryer preheated to 400 degrees. Cook for 5-6 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
