Bang Bang Cauliflower
This sweet and spicy Bang Bang Cauliflower is the perfect vegetarian appetizer or main dish! It's easy to make, deliciously crispy, and has a sauce you will want to eat on everything.
What you need:
- 1 cauliflower
- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 5 tbsp. light mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp. sweet chili sauce
- 2 tsp. Sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 lime, juice only
- Salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Toss the cauliflower in egg whites and then toss with Panko breadcrumbs.
Place on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Meanwhile, make the sauce by mixing together the mayonnaise, chili sauce, Sriracha, and lime juice.
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss with sauce.
Turn the oven up to 500 degrees. Place the cauliflower back on the pan and cook for 3-5 minutes until crispy and browned.
