These easy baked lentil falafel are so easy to make with canned lentils, fresh herbs, garlic, and lemon. Great for meal prep and a delicious vegetarian meal.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Pulse everything except for the flour in a food processor until the mixture is combined. It may be dry but when you press it together with your hands, it should form balls.

Stir in the flour, about 1/2 tablespoon at a time, until it easily forms balls and is easy to handle. Form into 15-16 balls, about 4 per serving. Place on a prepared baking sheet.
