List of Ingredients:

  • 1 lb sashimi grade raw fresh ahi tuna, cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (or more to taste)
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup sweet onion, diced
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • Salt to taste (sea salt is best, about 1 tsp)

1 In a bowl, combine the tuna, soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, sweet onions, sesame seeds, and sea salt. Gently stir to combine.

2 Refrigerate for at least one hour for the flavors to combine. Serve on its own, over rice, or buid your own poke bowls.
