I thought our move to Hawaii would mean more exercise, less fattening and more healthy foods and no trouble keeping to my weight loss goals. Not so. Everyone wants to feed you here and there are no "low fat" foods to be seen. I gained a lot of weight. I'm trying to get back on track even though temptation is everywhere. I love eating good, healthy meals that fill me up, taste great and take the temptation away. A really good meal, makes dessert less appealing.

Anything Asian. I love so many foods, I can't choose just one.

Cream of Wheat made with 1 cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk with 1 cup of berries
Favorite healthy snack
Fuji Apple cored and spread with 2 Tbsp. PB2 Peanut Butter
To satisfy my sweet tooth, I reach for
Weight Watchers 3-2-1 Cake with sour cherries.
