Owning and running a bed and breakfast means there are so many delectable and tempting things to eat that are not necessarily good for me. I love eating good, healthy meals that fill me up, taste great and take the temptation away. A really good meal, makes dessert less appealing.

Fuji Apple cored and spread with 2 Tbsp. PB2 Peanut Butter
To satisfy my sweet tooth, I reach for
