In the morning you can most often find me eating
I like to switch up my cereals but it’s going to be something high fiber and low sugar, and I always keep some sort of berry - either blueberries or raspberries on hand to top my cereal!
Favorite healthy snack
My Mediterranean Layered Dip with pita chips is my go-to snack and appetizer – I make it for just about any gathering, and I keep eating it for days as a snack or salad – I never get tired of it!

I always reach for my trifle recipes when making desserts for parties and family dinners because they so easily serve a crowd! My Red Velvet Berry Trifle is so lusciously easy and pleases chocolate and fruit lovers alike.
