Ingredients

US METRICS
  • 2 U apples, diced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 4 cups nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup reduced fat cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Stevia to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Add the apples, cinnamon, Stevia, and 2 tbsp. water. 3.
  2. Cook for 10 minutes or until apples soften and begin to break down.
  3. Beat together the yogurt, cream cheese, Stevia, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Top yogurt with the apples.
