Lately the heat hasn't been letting up so I have been living on no-cook meals for lunches and dinners. And since BLTs are something my whole family loves, these simple vegetarian BLT wraps with ranch dressing are a meal everyone is happy eating. Plus they couldn't be easier. Just cook up your favorite vegetarian bacon and then add in your veggies. I stick to the traditional lettuce and tomato and then throw in some cucumbers for extra crunch.
