Vegetable and Cheddar Cheese Bowls Recipe
Couscous, vegetables, and a homemade cheddar cheese sauce - yum. I wish I still had leftovers. The original inspiration for this recipe actually came from trying to make a vegetarian of a cheese steak and by a happy accident this is where I ended up. Some whole wheat couscous, veggies, and the cheese sauce, oh, the cheese sauce.
