Pound the turkey until it is about 1/8 inch thick.
Mix together the breadcrumbs, cheese, salt, and pepper.
Dip the turkey into the egg whites and then press in breadcrumb mixture on both sides.
Heat oil over medium high heat.
Add the turkey and cook for 3-4 minutes per side
