I decided on the Tropicana Farmstand Tropical Green which is packed with juice from sweet potatoes, grapes, apples, bananas, mangoes, pineapple, oranges, carrots, limes, kale and spinach. Seriously, all those fruits and veggies in one single juice. It’s a full serving of fruit and a full serving of veggies per cup, has no added sugar, and is an excellent source of vitamins A and C.
In terms of flavor, I would describe this as a green juice for people who are scared of green juice since all you can taste are all the yummy tropical fruits. It’s sweet and makes for an excellent juice on its own or for my favorite use – in smoothies. All the fruit forward flavor of the juice makes it perfect for a smoothie and you can even sneak more veggies in and no one will ever know. That’s what I did in the smoothie I am sharing today. It’s packed with good-for-you fruits and veggies from the Tropicana Farmstand Tropical Green Juice with some extra spinach, Greek yogurt, and chia seeds for protein and fiber. I also have a feeling this juice would make an amazing popsicle. Just an idea!
