It's hard to even include this as a real recipe. I mean it's only tomato, cheese, and toast. However after a recent Instagram post, it seems like there was lots of interest, so here it is. Low calorie bread topped with tomatoes and cheese. You can make it in under 3 minutes and add any vegetables you like. I always like to add a layer of arugula and some spicy mustard.
