In my opinion no Superbowl spread is complete without some type of pizza. It should be cheesy and delicious and somehow not ruin my diet. Sound impossible? Well thanks to a delicious recipe from Danica, over at Danica’s Daily, it is possible to enjoy pizza without all the calories. Adapt the recipe to include any of your favorite toppings. I opted for pepperoni, pineapple, and jalapenos but any combination you like would work. You can also make these as mini muffins and they are just 1 point per puff. Yum.

Can almond flour (or something else gluten free) be substituted for the whole wheat flour?
