I love a good morning smoothing but all too often I find myself hungry about one hour after.  So to counteract that, lately I have been adding oats to my smoothies for some healthy carbohydrates, fiber, and staying powder.  This basic smoothie can be made with any type of fruit and with or without the chocolate.

  • 1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
