I have been eating a lot of varieties of the baked pumpkin oatmeal, with all sorts of combinations of bananas, berries, apples, and other fruit. It has definitely become a favorite for me in the morning. And for a while I have wanted to try it with steel cut oats, although I was pretty convinced it wouldn’t work. Luckily I was wrong and it came out delicious. This recipe combines bananas and cranberries but it would work with just about anything. It also definitely will keep you full all morning with all the fiber and protein.
