  • 1 U whole onion, quartered
  • 10 oz. can diced tomatoes with chiles
  • 2 tbsp. chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 3 U cloves garlic, whole
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 cups boiling water
