  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs (or fresh bread crumbs)
  • 1/2 cup reduced fat feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup shallots, minced
  • 1 tbsp honey mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 U egg
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, minced
  • 1 tsp lemon zest, grated
  • Salt and pepper
